About Quaboag Church

Located in Central Massachusetts, we are a growing church passionate about reaching people far from God and helping believers take their next step with Jesus. Over the past several years, God has blessed our church with consistent growth, increasing community impact, and a culture of leadership development.

Throughout the week, more than 450 people participate in the life of Quaboag Church. This includes over 300 adults, and around 150 children and students. More than half of our church family serves in some ministry capacity, and last year we baptized approximately 10% of our average attendance. We believe church growth is not about transferring church members but about seeing people genuinely transformed by the Gospel.

As we prepare to build a new sanctuary and expand our ministry footprint in central Massachusetts, we are seeking a leader who is eager to help shape the future of a growing church through multiplication. This is a leadership and growth role, not a maintenance role.

If you are passionate about reaching people far from God, developing leaders, empowering volunteers, and building ministries that make a lasting impact, we would love to talk with you.
