What We Believe

We hold the Bible as the absolute authority and believe in one God revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We celebrate the deity and humanity of Jesus Christ, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus, and the eternal security of believers. Additionally, we affirm the resurrection of Jesus and all humanity, the autonomy of the local church, baptism by immersion as symbolic, communion as a remembrance of Christ's sacrifice, and the future return of Jesus, final judgment, and eternal destinies.

    Pastor Kyle Sargent

    LEAD PASTOR

    Born and raised in Ohio, Kyle and his wife, Brittany, came to us via North Carolina, where they lived while Kyle went to college. They have two amazing kids that bring so much joy and laughter into their lives.

    Kyle has a Master of Divinity with a focus in Pastoral Ministries from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Kyle and Brittany love the outdoors, being cornohole champions, hanging out together, and spending time with friends and family.

    Pastor Tim Lundstrom

    YOUTH PASTOR

    Tim grew up locally, but met his wife, Alicia, while he was studying at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. They have three amazing children.

    As a family, they know their call is in making disciple-makers. They want to help both kids and parents know Jesus more. Tim and Alicia are also big on learning right along side other parents.

    For fun, Tim loves to spend time with Alicia and the kids. He can also dive into just about anything nerdy, but gets unreasonably excited about board gaming...don't get him started.

    Brittany Sargent

    WORSHIP DIRECTOR & CONNECTIONS COORDINATOR

    Brittany and her husband, Kyle, have been part of the Quaboag Church family since 2010. Originally from Ohio, she and Kyle lived in North Carolina for several years where she worked at Samaritan’s Purse as an International Logistics Coordinator for Operation Christmas Child.

    She loves music and has been a part of different worship teams since she was a teenager. Spending time with Kyle and their two children is her favorite past-time, but she also loves the outdoors, reading, and traveling.

    Sarah Clarke

    COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

    Sarah serves the church through graphic design, social media, and communications. She is an Administrative Assistant at Bose Corporation by day, but in her “spare time” has her own travel agent business which has taught her a ton about marketing and communications. She came to faith in Jesus at a very young age, and her Quaboag Church “claim to fame” is that she was the first graduate of Catalyst! She’s also married to one of our elders, Jonathan Clarke, and together they love serving at Quaboag.

    Lisa Ballard

    CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR

    Lisa Ballard has been attending Quaboag for many years and joined our administrative team in April of 2020. In addition to her administrative role, she is also our church treasurer and a faithful KidZone worker, teaching the 4th-6th grade class all year long! When she is not busy in the office, she is handy with a paintbrush and power drill.

    Kimberly White

    KIDZONE COORDINATOR

    “Miss Kimberly”, as the kids affectionately call her, is the KidZone coordinator at Quaboag Church. A local to the area, Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Education and has been involved in children's ministry since high school. After completing college, she returned to the area and began attending Quaboag Church. In addition to her role in KidZone, she works at a local elementary school. She has a heart for kids and helping them to learn about Jesus. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, math, and creating art.

    Amanda Gillmeister

    FINANCIAL SECRETARY

    Amanda has been part of Quaboag Church since her days in Catalyst, and now she helps keep things running smoothly as our Financial Secretary. She takes care of the church’s incoming finances, making sure everything is managed well so we can continue to grow and serve our community. Having grown up at Quaboag, Amanda is grateful for the opportunity to serve in a way that helps support the work God is doing here.

    Outside of her role, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Sage. When it’s warm, you’ll often find her at the beach. We are blessed to have Amanda’s expertise and heart for service as part of our team!

    Leigh-Anne Costa

    FACILITIES CARE COORDINATOR

    Leigh Anne has been a valued part of Quaboag Church since 2016 and serves as our Facilities Care Coordinator. She plays a vital role in keeping our church clean, welcoming, and ready for worship, ensuring that the sanctuary and fellowship hall are prepared for ministry and fellowship. She takes pride in creating a warm and inviting environment where our church family can gather and grow in faith. Her dedication behind the scenes helps make Quaboag a place where people feel at home.

    Outside of church, Leigh Anne enjoys learning homesteading skills and playing the violin, and you'll often find her spending time outdoors with her husband, Eric. We are so grateful for Leigh Anne’s hard work and commitment to serving our church community!
